Click to Access Your Patient Portal

The Patient Portal is an easy way to access everything you need as a patient. After your first appointment is set up, an email will be sent to you to set up your Patient Portal. Here are some common ways to use it:

Messaging: If you have follow-up questions after an appointment or any other concern you can directly message me through the Patient Portal. All messages are confidential. This is the fastest way to get a reply. The phone line is not staffed regularly, and it takes longer to get to voicemails as I am with patients.

Medication Refills: When you need a refill the fastest way to do it is to request the refill through your pharmacy. The pharmacy will send the request directly to me. Approving it is very quick. If you need a change from your original prescription, please send a message in the Patient Portal with a specific request. This includes if you want to change the pharmacy you are using.

Telemed Appointments: To join your appointment, login through the link you receive in your texts and emails.

Lab Results: If you have labs done your lab results will be available for your viewing. I encourage you to review these and be aware of your results.

Forms for Appointments: Prior to your initial appointment there will be intake forms that must be completed prior to the appointment. Some follow-up appointments will also require a brief questionnaire to evaluate progress. These forms can be completed and signed by clicking on the link you are sent through text and email.

Uploading of Documents: If you need to share forms with me, the Patient Portal is the best way to do this so that the documents remain confidential. Examples of these documents include EKG results, Teacher Questionnaires, and any form that you may need me to fill out.

Billing & Invoices: All payments that are the responsibility of the patient must be paid at the time of service. However, if there was ever a need to make a payment at a later time it can be done through the Patient Portal.

Appointment Scheduling, Changes, or Cancellation: Sometimes things change, and an earlier appointment needs to be scheduled or an existing appointment needs to be changed or cancelled. All of this can be done through the scheduling tab of your Patient Portal.
